Privacy & listing terms

The short version

• —Nobody is listed without agreeing to be listed.
• —A listing exists to be contacted, so the contact details you give us are shown publicly. That is the point of the registry, and it is your choice.
• —You can correct or remove your listing at any time, for any reason, without an account.
• —We never sell your data, and we take no commission on any work you get.

What we collect

From listed vocalists: the professional details you submit — name, location, time zone, contact details, gear, vocal range and character, links to your reels and social posts, and any audio you supply. All of it is information you chose to publish in order to be hired. We do not collect a date of birth.

From visitors: nothing that identifies you personally. There are no advertising trackers on this site. Audio you drop into the Recording Quality Certifier is analysed entirely inside your own browser and is never uploaded to us.

What a listing means & Project Enquiries

When you are listed, contractors submit structured project briefs through an enquiry qualifier. Your message is delivered directly to your email with the contractor's reply address. We do not intermediate correspondence, hold message contents, or charge commissions.

Enquiry Metadata Only: When a project brief is submitted, we pass the email through to the vocalist and immediately discard the message body, the sender's name, and their email address. We persist only non-identifying aggregate metrics (vocalist ID, project category, union flag, budget amount/basis, and delivery outcome) to compute industry rate intelligence. We hold no correspondence.

A brief that falls below a singer's stated floor on a listing set to block is never sent at all. Nothing is transmitted, and the message body is discarded without reaching a mail server.

Everything on your profile is presented as one of: measured (computed from a file you supplied), declared (stated by you), or verified (checked by a human here). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you declare.

Audio and video you supply

Only submit recordings you own or have permission to use for promotion, and that you are contractually free to share. Session work is frequently covered by confidentiality or work-for-hire terms — clearing that is your responsibility, not ours. Tell us and we will take anything down promptly.

You keep all rights in your recordings. You grant us permission only to display them on your profile, and that permission ends when your listing does.

Removal

Email remove@trackedvocals.com from the address on your listing, or use Update my listing on this site. We aim to take listings down within two business days. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to reconsider.

You may also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we intend to honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Correcting a listing

If something on your listing is wrong, you can change it yourself. Update my listing emails a one-time link to the address already published on the profile — the same inbox producers already write to. There is no account and no password. The link expires in about 30 minutes and works once.

Changing the listed email is confirmed at both addresses: the new inbox must accept it, and the old inbox can revert it in one click. That is deliberate. A listing's booking address is how work arrives, and a brief window of inbox access must not be enough to silently redirect it.

Who we share with

Nobody, for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or licence personal data. The site runs on standard infrastructure providers (hosting and a managed database) who process data on our behalf. Profiles containing embedded TikTok, Instagram or YouTube posts only load those players when you click them — until then, those companies receive nothing about you.

Minors

A singer under 18 can be listed only if a parent or legal guardian creates, owns and manages the listing. The guardian's email is the booking contact for project briefs, and phone numbers are never published. The card is marked Parent-managed listing so a contractor knows before first contact that they are writing to a guardian, not the singer.

The guardian relationship is declared — a checkbox at intake — not verified by this service. We do not collect a date of birth.

A minor cannot create or manage a listing themselves. If we learn that a listing was created by a minor, we will take it down. A guardian can take a listing down at any time with one click.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects how your information is shown, we will tell listed vocalists by email before it takes effect. The version number at the top of this page identifies what you agreed to.
