TRACKED VOCALS

For session vocalists

Be findable by the people who hire.

Producers and vocal contractors search here instead of scrolling hashtags. Listing is free, your contact stays yours, and we never take a cut of anything you book.

There is no account to create and no password to remember. It is one form — a long one, because a producer casting a session needs more than a name and a link. Most of it is optional; the required parts are marked.

A person listens to every reel, so the registry stays worth searching.

Square-ish, at least 400×400. A real smile beats a moody band shot — producers are casting a person to spend eight hours with.

Textures — how the voice sounds, not what it builds
Lowest comfortable
Highest belt
Highest falsetto
Optional — leave blank if you don't use it.

Lowest and belt together, or leave both blank. Half a range is not a range.

Two, deliberately. Eight genres reads to a contractor as no particular strength — a primary and one secondary is a claim they can act on.

Casts as / soundalike

Name the reference voices a music supervisor would brief you against. Be realistic rather than aspirational — this is the field producers search, and a match that doesn't hold up in the booth costs you the next call too.

03 // Top three credits

Nothing prints until it is checked

Credits do not appear on your profile when you submit them. A person checks each one against a source first, and only then does it show. That is slower than every other directory, and it is the reason a producer can believe what they read here.

Uncredited work, ghost sessions and anything under an NDA are real work — they simply cannot be printed. Leave them off and tell us in the notes instead.

04 // Your two reels

What makes a reel work here

Your voice, up front, in a recording you would be happy to be judged on — because it will be. That means no karaoke backing tracks with the vocal buried, no clips where a producer has to listen past the recording to imagine what you'd actually deliver, and nothing you'd apologise for before pressing play.

This is not about budget. A great vocal captured on a $200 mic in a treated closet gets listened to all the way through; a poorly captured one in a beautiful room does not.

Live footage belongs in Performance footage below — a phone video of you killing it in a church, a club or a writers' round is real evidence, and vocal directors do watch it. These two files are different. These are your studio proof.

Both are short on purpose. Contractors skim back-to-back rather than listen through, so these are capped at 1:00 and 30s — tighter than the usual singer-demo advice, because that is the length that gets you heard all the way through. At least one is required.

Vocal reelTarget 45s · Max 1:00

Produced and mixed — the montage that sells the voice.

Drop the file, or choose one

Polished reels are public so a producer can send the link to a colleague.

or paste a direct file link

Back-to-back hooks, no intros, no instrumental runway. Lead with your strongest four bars — a contractor skimming twenty singers decides inside ten seconds.

Raw auditionTarget 20s · Max 30s

Dry and untouched — proof of what actually leaves your room.

Drop the file, or choose one

Raw stems are stored privately and played through an expiring link, so your unmixed work cannot be bulk-downloaded off the roster.

or paste a direct file link

One pass, no tuning, no reverb, no bus compression. This is the file that tells a producer whether your room and your pitch hold up before anyone fixes anything.

05 // Performance footage

Vocal directors already hunt on TikTok and Instagram before they ever open a directory. Bring that footage here so the search ends on your profile. Up to four clips — two vertical, two horizontal. All optional.

06 // Your room & how you work
Self-edit skills — what you can fix before you send

There are no wrong answers here. The registry lists gear by price class so a $200 mic is described honestly rather than hidden — producers filter for the class that suits the job, and plenty of paid work is tracked on modest rigs.

07 // The work you want

This is what producers filter by, so it is the single field most likely to put you in front of the right person. Pick what you actually want and can take — some of it carries hard entry requirements, and we'll flag those as you go rather than let you find out by silence.

Studio & Screen Recorded, delivered as files or tracked in a room
Advertising Short, fast, usually buyout
Live & Stage In front of people, usually on contract

Being listed already says you are open to work, so leave this alone unless you are not — the card only shows it when the answer is something other than yes.
